Our Story

RevenArc was founded by a veteran venue operator who grew frustrated with how modern analytics tools were forcing hospitality teams to treat guests as transaction vectors. Instead of focusing on connection, software was prompting teams to extract every possible cent.

We built RevenArc to prove a simpler, better thesis: that authentic guest satisfaction drives long-term revenue gains naturally. By connecting POS transactions directly with unstructured public sentiment data, we built the first system capable of showing operators exactly where money was trapped in their menus - with mathematical proof it was safe to act.

Today, RevenArc represents a clean-room approach to hospitality intelligence. Based in San Diego, California, we work hand-in-hand with independent and multi-unit venues to help them earn more, simplify operations, and protect the guest experience.
