Connect
One tap to unlock clarity. RevenArc syncs directly with your existing POS, including Square, and turns raw transaction data into clear financial signals with zero setup friction.
RevenArc classifies every item by profitability, popularity, and guest sentiment, then tells you exactly what to reprice, promote, or retire. Connect Square or upload a CSV and review the classification once your source data finishes loading.
How it works
Four steps. Zero dashboard fatigue.

One tap to unlock clarity. RevenArc syncs directly with your existing POS, including Square, and turns raw transaction data into clear financial signals with zero setup friction.

Menu intelligence, sorted clearly. Once the source data is loaded, our engine classifies your dishes across three continuous axes: live financial margins, customer demand volume, and real guest review sentiment.

Say goodbye to dashboard fatigue. Instead of forcing you to decipher dense, messy analytics charts, RevenArc delivers clear, text-based Decision Cards with estimated monthly ranges tied to specific actions.

Track what changed, what earned more, and how guest signals moved after each decision. RevenArc keeps the loop grounded in revenue outcomes and experience patterns over time.
The problem
By the time you check the numbers, the damage is done. Ingredient costs crept up. A $22 entrée is underwater. That “popular” appetizer is quietly dragging your margin - and you had no idea for three months.
“I wish there were a holistic AI insights assistant that could connect all our data and just tell me what to do.”CIO, major venue group · 2026 NRA panel
The solution
Traditional menu engineering uses two dimensions. RevenArc adds the third - guest experience - so every recommendation is financially smart and experience-aware.
Contribution margin and mix, computed continuously from your sales data. True margin where item costs exist, stated honestly where they do not.
Volume, mix percentage, day-part patterns, and category performance - who orders what, and when.
Guest-experience signals surfaced from public reviews, by day-part and channel - so you can see friction and delight, not just numbers.
How it works
No integrations to build. No consultants to hire. We load available history on connect and keep the source current after that.
Connect Square live and we load the transaction history available through that source, then keep the feed current after that. On another system? Drop in a CSV export and we take it from there.
The moment your data finishes loading, RevenArc backfills available history and classifies every item against a 60-day trailing window. Stars stay protected, Plowhorses get repricing review, Puzzles get promotion review, and Dogs get retirement review.
Specific recommendations with estimated dollar impact: “Raise Fish Tacos $1.50 → about +$450/month. Experience signal: guests consistently praise this item.” Each card explains why it’s a safe move.
Accept a card, make the change, and RevenArc tracks the outcome - did covers hold, did revenue move, did guest sentiment shift? Real numbers, no guessing. Over time you can see how your experience signals move alongside revenue.
Actionable output
A spreadsheet tells you the burger is a Plowhorse. RevenArc tells you guests consistently rate it highly, perceive strong value, and likely won’t flinch at $1.50 more - then tracks whether the change worked. Every recommendation comes with a specific action, an estimated impact, and the guest-experience context behind it.
AI assistant
Every answer is built from your venue’s actual numbers. If the data isn’t there, the assistant says so - it never invents a figure, and it never reports on individual staff.
Our boundaries
RevenArc is built on a simple belief: guests don’t want value extracted from them - they want to feel served. These constraints are enforced at the database level, not in a policy doc.
We never track, grade, or rank individual servers or bartenders. There is no data structure that can tie a metric to a person. Insights are aggregated by section and day-part.
We store zero guest personal information. Transactions are anonymized and correlated at the product level. Review data is public.
RevenArc is built strictly for food-and-beverage operators. No lodging software, no property management, no front-desk analytics. Menu-first, always.
